She holds a master’s degree in education and is driven to pursue a Ph.D. in Clinical Studies, compelled by her desire to combine academic excellence with a deeper understanding of human well-being. Alongside her husband, Archbishop Robert J. Rochford, Sr., Pamela serves her community with grace, wisdom, and compassion. She plays an integral role in ministry leadership, focusing on empowering women through faith, education, and wellness. Pamela encourages women to embrace holistic wellness in their personal and spiritual lives. Deeply passionate about guiding women on their journey to wellness, Pamela draws from her own experiences and faith to inspire others. She was inspired to write Be Well through her own journey of balancing spiritual, physical, and emotional wellness while fulfilling her roles as a wife, leader, and educator. She believes strongly that spiritual health is the foundation for a fulfilling life and is devoted to encouraging women to prioritize their well-being as they pursue their God-given purpose.
